A great read. Come to think of it, Schiller's was my very first "I'll eat at the bar" experience after moving to the city.

Those may not have been the best fries in New York, but they will always be that for me, which kind of sums up Keith McNally's whole vision and success and simple genius in a nutshell, I think.
